\u2022 Process and input invoice records into the accounting system promptly and accurately. \u2022 Answer inquiries about payments and invoices from vendors \u2022 Keep records of financial transactions, balance the books, and perform account reconciliation \u2022 3-Way full cycle AP \u2022 High volume invoice processing \u2022 Update new and current vendor master data \u2022 Assist with month-end closing \u2022 Review employee expense reports \u2022 Coordinate with the vendors to solve any arising issue, e.g., pricing and shipping discrepancies<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience \u2022 Fluency in English; \u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \u2022 Strong competency for customer service in the professional services industry required \u2022 Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software<\/p>\n
