The intern will report to the Credit Controller.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the credit management of Timac Agro | LYDA with the goal to support companys growth while minimizing both potential and actual risks on receivables, and reducing collection time of receivables.<\/li>\n<li>Credit control: managing customer risk assessment processes, assessing internal credit limits and payment terms and payment methods, obtaining credit limits from credit insurer<\/li>\n<li>Collection: insuring in-time collection of receivables and\/or of post-dated cheques and bills, securing receivables collection through collaterals, managing difficult collections cases with external partners (lawyers, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Timely and accurate preparation and presentation of adequate credit management reports and analysis to the managers of the company and to the Group with action plans<\/li>\n<li>Participating in credit management committees with CFO, GM, Credit Controller, and sales teamrn Comply with the credit management procedure and drive improvements on it<\/li>\n<li>Preparing credit reports for management and commercial team<\/li>\n<li>Improving IT ERP system for credit management purposes, such as customer scoring system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0391\u03c0\u03b1\u03b9\u03c4\u03bf\u03cd\u03bc\u03b5\u03bd\u03b1 \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1 \u03b8\u03ad\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2\/\u03c3\u03b5\u03c9\u03bd:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
